Denmead FC 1-1 Whitehill & Bordon FC

Whitehill & Bordon battled to a hard-earned point on the road with a 1–1 draw away at Denmead.

The hosts took the lead midway through the first half, punishing a lapse in concentration to put the Stags on the back foot. Despite the setback, the Stags kept working hard, pressing forward and looking for a way back into the game.

The breakthrough finally came late on, when Lucas Sheppard produced a brilliantly taken strike to level the scores. The goal capped a spirited second-half performance as the Stags pushed for a winner right until the final whistle.

Despite creating chances, the decisive goal wouldn’t come, and both sides had to settle for a share of the points.
